The next day was an opportunity to reunite with old friends from the embassy in Athens – the Calboses and Bakers - who happened to be in South Africa. Of course, much of the day was spent preparing for the glorious feast of Greek delicacies: spanikopita, tzatziki, Greek salad, souvlaki, and more.
